Purpose
Blaqlinq is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any content, behavior, or activity that facilitates or promotes the abuse or exploitation of minors. This policy outlines our approach to preventing, detecting, reporting, and removing CSAE content and users from our platform.

Scope
This policy applies to:

  • All users of Blaqlinq (the “Platform”)

  • Blaqlinq employees, contractors, and partners

  • All content and interactions occurring on or facilitated through the Blaqlinq platform

Definitions

  • Child: Any individual under the age of 18.

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Includes but is not limited to child pornography, grooming, solicitation, sexual extortion, sex trafficking, and any form of sexual communication or contact with minors.

Prohibited Conduct
Blaqlinq strictly prohibits:

  • Uploading, sharing, or soliciting CSAE content or imagery

  • Attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes

  • Misrepresenting age with the intent to engage with minors

  • Grooming, coercion, or manipulation of minors

  • Linking to external content that involves CSAE

  • Using the platform for sex trafficking or child exploitation

Age Verification
Blaqlinq only allows individuals 18 years and older to register. We employ:

  • Automated age verification tools during sign-up

  • Manual reviews and audits when suspicious activity is detected

Detection and Moderation

  • AI and human moderation teams monitor for CSAE-related content and behavior

  • Suspicious accounts or conversations are flagged for immediate review

  • Users can report suspicious behavior directly via in-app tools

Reporting to Authorities

  • All verified CSAE content or conduct is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement

  • We cooperate fully with investigations and legal requests

User Accountability and Enforcement

  • Immediate and permanent suspension of accounts involved in CSAE

  • Bans on associated devices and IP addresses

  • Retention of evidence and data for law enforcement support

  • Legal action may be pursued where applicable

Education and Awareness
Blaqlinq promotes digital safety through:

  • In-app warnings and safety tips

  • Regular updates on safety policies

  • Partnerships with online child safety organizations

Employee Training
All Blaqlinq staff receive ongoing training on:

  • Recognizing and responding to CSAE indicators

  • Proper escalation and reporting procedures

  • Ethical handling of sensitive user data and incidents

Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, technologies, and best practices. Continued use of Blaqlinq constitutes acceptance of the current version.
