How do you measure emotional intelligence?

Interesting. It’s hard to measure emotional intelligence because a lot of people hide or lie about their true emotional state.

It does matter and always has to be taken into account and you should measure it honestly based on the emotional content that you are shown to you. Actions more than words will show the content you are given too.
